Shipping policy

We can’t wait for you to receive your new handmade favorite! Here’s everything you need to know about shipping and delivery:

 

Pre-made items will be shipped within the same week of purchase (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as you placed your order. 

 

Custom orders are made especially for you! Please allow up to 2 weeks for production before your item is shipped. Once it’s sent out, delivery times will vary depending on your location.

 

Shipping costs are not included in the price and will be calculated at checkout based on your country and order size.

The Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Ireland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Brazil, Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand

 

Netherlands: Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after shipping.
International orders: Delivery times vary by destination, but typically take 7–21 business days.

 

Your tracking link will be updated once your order is on it's way, please be patient this may take some time.

 

*Studio Lot is not responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply to international orders. Studio Lot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. We are also not liable for incorrect deliveries due to inaccurate address details. Please confirm your shipping address before completing your order. If your confirmation email shows an error, contact us immediately. Once shipped, we cannot update the address.
