Return policy

Had a change of heart? We’ve got you! You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it and here is how: 

 

 

1. Keep it cute: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags still on, and in their original packaging.

 

2. Let us know: Fill in our contact form and select “return” to let us know you will be sending back your item. You will receive an email with the return adress.

 

3. Wrap it up: Pack your item safely so it comes back to us in perfect shape.

 

4. Send it our way: Return shipping costs are on the buyer. When buying a shipping label, make sure that’s it’s trackable.

 

5. Refund on the way: Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 14 days (minus the original shipping costs).

 

Please note: If returned items are not in their original condition — think worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags — we won’t be able to offer a refund in line with our return policy.

Custom orders are made just for you, which means they cannot be returned or exchanged. Thank you understanding!
